Network Changer is a program, well a batch script, for Windows that allows you to switch your network connection settings easily and quickly. It changes your IP Address, Subnet, Gateway, DNS and Proxy Server (WinHTTP & Internet Explorer Only). It uses a configuration file to store each location profile.
Network Changer has been written by Robert Jervis and is released under GPL v3.
Installing:
1. Unzip network_changer.zip to a folder of your choice, eg: c:\network_changer\ or c:\Program Files\network_changer\
2. Create a shortcut on your Desktop or Start Menu to c:\network_changer\network_changer.bat
3. Configure c:\network_changer\network_changer.conf to your needs (See Usage in README.txt)
4. Run Network Changer from the shortcut
