Windows USB/DVD Download tool
The Windows USB/DVD Download tool allows you to create a copy of your Windows 7/8 ISO file on a USB flash drive or a DVD. To create a bootable DVD or USB flash drive, download the ISO file and then run the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download tool. Once this is done, you can install Windows 7 or Windows 8 directly from the USB flash drive or DVD.

Tried this multiple times and it fails to load,my sons dell inspiron 15 5555 is still under warranty but dell hasn’t helped much,system hardware and memory test are all good but can’t get anything to load,may have changed boot settings,not sure what they are supposed to be,when I tried to restore it I got a blue screen and nothing has worked ever since. Not that tech savy,thank you
